A Gift of Fresh Food for Chatham: The Dream Vault Unveiled

On December 10, 2024, Dion’s Chicago Dream and Discover unveiled the fourth Dream Vault in Chicago, a smart locker system providing free, fresh produce to households in need. Located at Discover’s Customer Care Center in Chatham, where 55% of residents face food insecurity, the Vault offers a convenient, dignified solution for local families.
Serving 125 households weekly, the Vault builds on Discover’s commitment to food access, adding to the eight food giveaways hosted at the center since 2021. This amazing partnership not only addresses an urgent community need but also reinforces Discover’s mission to invest in Chatham by supporting local residents and fostering impactful change.
